4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate project details, requirements, and materials in a timely manner.

• Communicate clearly throughout the project timeline.

• Make payments on time as agreed.

Failure to provide the necessary information or payments may delay or terminate the project.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created for your project.

• I reserve the right to showcase completed projects (or parts of them) in my portfolio, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

• Any third-party tools, plugins, or software used remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Revisions and Changes

• Reasonable revisions will be provided as per the agreed scope.

• Additional revisions or significant changes beyond the original agreement may result in extra charges.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

• If a project is canceled by the client after work has started, the client is responsible for payment for all completed work up to the cancellation date.

• If I cancel a project, I will refund any payments for incomplete work.

8. Limitation of Liability

I am not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues that arise from:

• Client misuse of deliverables

• Third-party software, hosting, or platforms

• Delays caused by client inaction or lack of communication

My liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

9. Privacy

I respect your privacy and will only collect and use personal information as outlined in my Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

I may suspend or terminate services if you breach these Terms, fail to pay on time, or engage in inappropriate conduct.
