Cancellation & Refund Policy

At amoghshm.site, I strive to provide quality freelancing services. However, I understand that circumstances may lead to cancellations. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Cancellation by Client

  • If you wish to cancel a project, you must notify me in writing (via email or agreed communication channel).

  • Cancellations will only be considered valid if acknowledged by me.

2. Refund Policy

  • Within the first 7 days of project start: Up to 90% refund of the paid amount will be provided.

  • After 7 days of project start: Only 50% refund of the paid amount will be provided.

  • After significant progress or project completion: No refund will be issued.

⚠️ In case of cancellation, the project (incomplete or complete) will not be delivered to the client.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Deposits already used for project setup and resources.

  • Cancellations after final deliverables are handed over.

  • Client’s delay, lack of communication, or failure to provide necessary materials.

4. Cancellation by Service Provider

If I need to cancel a project for any reason:

  • A full refund of the amount paid will be provided.

  • No files or partial work will be shared unless otherwise agreed in writing.
